Genus Prime Infra Limited was initially promoted by Gulshan Group under the name Gulshan Chemfill Limited in 2000. Later, entire control of the Company and the management of the Company was shifted into the hands of Kailash Group, a well established and recognized diversified group specifically in Coal & Coke, Power Infrastructure, Electric meters, Inverters, Electronics and Paper & Steel etc. To give the group Identity to the company the name of the company has been changed to Genus Prime Infra Limited.

Genus Prime Infra Limited (Formerly Gulshan Chemfill Limited) is the subsidiary of Genus Paper Products Limited(GPPL). GPPL has four independent  plants  within the factory premises, having  the  facilities for manufacturing Waste Paper based Kraft Paper, Waste Paper based Multi Layer , M. S. Ingots and Particle Board.

At present, the company is working with a robust planning to make the successful inroad into infrastructure and real estate sector.
